The Deal Is Done

I now own a co-op! Settlement went well and the movers are scheduled for June 12th. My brother Jon and a couple good friends are doing the painting before moving day. Jon is also doing a little drywall work first. They are awesome guys.

Big Day

Tomorrow is a big day for me. Actually a big evening. Settlement on a new place at 7:00pm!! Buying a 2 bedroom co-op (similar to a condo). Keep your fingers crossed that nothing goes wrong!
