On The Road Again In Georgia

Sitting in a hotel in Augusta, GA. Landed Friday in Atlanta and worked at our Norcross site. Then Smyrna on Saturday (brutal day and night of work). There were 4 of us on Saturday. Now it's just me and my southeast counterpart, Forrest. He's a lot of fun to work with. Macon tomorrow, then Columbus Wednesday. Scheduled to fly home Friday, but if everything goes well I hope to get a Thursday flight. We'll see.

Missed a couple birthdays while I was away. My best buddy Manny on Saturday and my honey Joanne today. Did speak to both of them so at least I got to wish them a happy one! Will celebrate in person once I get back.

Time Marches On (Quickly)

It's been a while since my last entry, over two weeks. I've been pretty busy in that time. Barbecues, Blue Rocks game, reunion with some ex co-workers (including my favorite ex boss JK) and assorted other gatherings and events. Work is also busy. Back in TX I had a lot of time on my hands. Not so back here in DE. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining. As a matter of fact, I still have a smile on my face almost all the time. So happy to be home!
